      BH personal Fitness is a private training studio situated in a convenient location.  It is run by Bernie Hargreaves, a vastly experienced trainer who specialises in fitness training and personal training in a completely private environment. 
     Personal trainers often instruct clients at regular gyms and health clubs but this is sometimes a problem for those who wish to train privately and on a completely personal basis. BH Personal Fitness provides results for your fitness goals with state of the art equipment and personal instruction.
     Bernie will listen to your goals and requirements as an individual and after your needs have been discussed in detail, he will create a regime of fitness training that you will enjoy and deliver the results you want. These sessions will be relaxed and professional but will be completely focussed on encouraging your training to progress.

 

 


 

 

 Specialist Fitness Preparation for the 'Military' & 'Civil Services, 'Royal Marines - Royal Navy - Army - Royal Air Force - Police Force - Fire Service (If under 25 yrs of age special reductions will apply in this area). Thirty years Military and Civillian Service experience, plus two & half years as a college lecturer, teaching physical training, self defence, personal safety and teambuilding, specifically preparing students for the above Services.

If a client wishes to train once a week it is generally advisable to take advantage of the full 75 minute sessions, in order to complete a comprehensive, all over body session that will meet your requirements and greatly assist in achieving your aims.

 If a client wishes to train two or more times a week, either 60 minute sessions or 75 minute sessions are available.
